1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline
We pride ourselves on fast and dependable delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3500
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹45 applies to orders below this amount
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee of ₹25

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can track your shipment in real time through the Delhivery tracking system.

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it may be returned to us.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we aim for swift delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work closely with Delhivery to resolve issues promptly.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned as we expand globally!
